Realistically, not much - you'll have to use a new customer service email to reach out to, as well as a new website portal you can access.
Not in the slightest, just a name change. The websites follow an almost identical layout, with minor improvements, and the emails (including accounts) will behave the same. Operations regarding your orders are unchanged, meaning you'll have the same delivery drivers and the same runs.
No, we've got the same billing address and bank details. If you get an email claiming that these are changing, then please ignore it and report to us immediately.
Yes, these will be forwarded straight over to the new Email Address and handled from there. Phone calls will be redirected appropriately, too. If your company has email securities in place, you might need to add our email to your contact list: [email protected]
No. The website will be closed down. Attempting to use it will take you to the new website.
