Bank Holiday Procedure and Planned Closures - 2024

For the remainder of 2024 we have 7 Bank Holidays and 1 Planned Closure. Below you can see when these are and how they may affect you.

Friday 29th March - Good Friday

Deliveries on this Friday will be cancelled.

Monday 1st April - Easter Monday

All Monday Deliveries will be pushed to Tuesday 2nd April. If you already have a standing Tuesday Order, then your Monday delivery will be cancelled instead and you can expect your Tuesday order to proceed as normal.

Monday 6th May - Early May Bank Holiday

All Monday Deliveries will be pushed to Tuesday 7th May. If you already have a standing Tuesday Order, then your Monday delivery will be cancelled instead and you can expect your Tuesday order to proceed as normal.

Monday 27th May - Spring Bank Holiday

All Monday Deliveries will be pushed to Tuesday 28th May. If you already have a standing Tuesday Order, then your Monday delivery will be cancelled instead and you can expect your Tuesday order to proceed as normal.

Monday 26th August - Summer Bank Holiday

All Monday Deliveries will be pushed to Tuesday 27th August. If you already have a standing Tuesday Order, then your Monday delivery will be cancelled instead and you can expect your Tuesday order to proceed as normal.

Wednesday 25th December - Friday 27th December - Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Planned Christmas Closure

Delivery will be closed entirely between these dates. Deliveries will resume as normal the following week (Monday 30th December).

Of course, if you have a specific request you would like to make during these planned closures, you can get in touch with as as per normal: by 16:00 the working day before your delivery is due, and our dedicated customer service team will be more than happy to help!
